Darwin Day

Charles Darwin was famous for promoting the theory of evolution and natural selection. He was a British naturalist who formally studied medicine and divinity.

His work in South America and the Galapagos Islands fuelled his passion for science and biology as he observed and collected samples of rocks, plants, animals and fossils.
