Brain Gym, with Dr. Isi

Physical exercise is good for the brain, supplying it with more blood, and helping to sustain and improve its functions. Other good things for the brain include healthy nutrition, good sleep, positive thoughts, positive social engagements and activities.

Brain Gym activities are incredibly fun, and they include:

  • Memory tests and activities

  • Analysing and discussions

  • Book club

  • Learning opportunities 

  • Exercise 

  • Visuospatial reasoning activities

  • Executive functioning tests and activities

  • Quizzes

  • Singing lessons and learning new instruments
